"I switched from another State Farm office in town to Mark Mitchell's Agency. I initiated conversation with Amanda over the phone few days prior. Finally, I met with her to discuss billing and policy renewal. She did a thorough analysis and found some discrepancies that the other agency couldn't. Her hawkeye and deep knowledge of State Farm's complex computer system allowed her to recommend some adjustments that saved me hundreds of dollars, right on the spot! After meeting Mark Mitchell that day and with Amanda's sound, professional and reliable advise, I left their office feeling reassured that I finally found expert insurance agents that I can trust."
