"I have been a client for Mark Mitchell agency for over 25 years. Have everything I own insured with his office. Even though I moved out of Woodstock a long time ago, his team has always taken care of my needs in the upmost professional, prompt manner, no matter how big or small the request, therefore I had to reason to shop around. Recently I had to add a vehicle as my new teenage driver's first car, David Lopez was very patient going through the various options and made it ready to be activated on the very next business day. Just another typical example the top service Mark's team brings. Highly recommended!"

"I’ve been having issues with my back not allowing the payment to come through, we tried my debit and credit card. Finally gave them my account number and they’ve been able to charge that. Unfortunately, it seems State Farm wants to automatically charge my cards instead of my account. This means I’ve had to call every month to have them charge the correct account. They’ve been wonderful though, and have always waived the fee due to State Farm error. I spoke to Amanda today, and she seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained for the first time WHY it could be happening. She made some adjustments to the billing account, and hopefully it will fix the issue."
